If you find you need a little help getting to the finish line, rediscovering your mojo or reaching a specific speed, distance or fitness goal, I'm here to help! As an RRCA Certified Running Coach and RYT200 Yoga Instructor, I'm happy to lend my skills and knowledge to assist in your journey. Below is a rough list of services and pricing but I really enjoy working one-on-one with athletes to help them find their way. Email me for more information or to set up an appointment. 

A) Event Specific Training Plan  -  $65 This option is great for experienced runners and athletes who just need a schedule to help them reach their goal. After some information gathering, I will create and deliver an event specific training plan based on your fitness level, length of time until event and event goal. 

B) Schedule + unlimited online support -  $65 + $50/month; This is perfect when you need some help keeping accountable! Using online tools and email communication, I will monitor your progress within your schedule and we will make changes as needed due to variations in training, work or family travel or whatever else life my throw your way!

Option B + Monthly meeting/training - $65 + $75/month In addition to the schedule and online support, we will schedule in-person, monthly training sessions to work on specific aspects of training such as speed work, strength work or hill training - whatever you need. 

Option B + 2x/month meeting/training  - $65 + $100/month

Additional meetings/training sessions as needed $25/hour
